These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the R3P5 website at r3p5.co.uk (the "Service"), operated by The Doghouse ("we", "our", "us"). By using the Service or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
R3P5 is an online tool that generates a personalised, macro-based nutrition meal plan from UK-supermarket ingredients and delivers it as a downloadable PDF. Plans are produced automatically from your inputs (such as the client's age, sex, weight, height, activity level and goal) using standard nutrition formulas and a library of recipes. The Service is intended for use by UK personal trainers and by individuals for their own use.
R3P5 does not require you to register an account. The details you enter to generate a plan are processed in your browser and stored only on your device (see our Privacy Policy).
Generating a preview is free. To unlock the full plan and download the PDF, a one-time payment of £4.99 per plan is required. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. The price payable is the price displayed at checkout.
Your plan is digital content that is made available for immediate download as soon as your payment is confirmed. By completing your purchase and downloading the plan, you request that we supply the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download has begun.
Because each plan is generated and delivered to you instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once a plan has been unlocked and downloaded. If something goes wrong — for example you were charged but did not receive your PDF — contact us at admin@r3p5.co.uk and we will resend your plan or, at our discretion, issue a refund. This does not affect your legal rights where the Service is faulty or not as described.
Calorie and macronutrient figures are estimates. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet — and you must do so if you (or your client) have a medical condition, a food allergy or intolerance, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication. You are responsible for checking every ingredient for allergens and suitability before it is eaten. You use the plans, and provide them to any client, entirely at your own risk.
If you are a personal trainer, you may generate plans and share them with your own clients as part of your coaching. You are responsible for how you use and present the plans to your clients, including any advice you give and any professional obligations you have.
Ingredients are chosen for typical UK supermarket availability, which can change; we do not guarantee that a specific item, brand, price or stock level will be available. We do not guarantee any particular health, fitness or body-composition outcome.
The Service, its software, recipes, content and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited licence to generate plans and use them for your own personal or coaching use. You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; resell, redistribute or republish the Service or its recipe content as your own product; or scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying data or source of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the Service or from following any plan, including injuries or adverse reactions relating to diet or exercise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
