R3P5 ("we", "our", "us") is an online nutrition meal-plan generator at r3p5.co.uk, published by The Doghouse. This Privacy Policy explains what data is involved when you use the Service. We are the data controller for the limited processing described below.
We do not operate user accounts and we do not run a database of your information. The details you enter to generate a plan — such as a client's name, age, sex, weight, height, activity level and goal — are processed entirely in your browser to calculate the plan. They are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
To make the checkout work, your generated plan and the inputs used to create it are saved in your browser's local storage. This lets us hand you the exact plan you previewed after payment. This data stays on your device; clearing your browser's site data removes it. It is not shared with us or anyone else.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, you enter your card details directly on Stripe's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card number. We receive only limited confirmation data (for example, that a payment succeeded and a checkout session reference) so we can verify the payment and release your download. Stripe processes your payment information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
The Service is hosted by Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify may automatically record standard technical request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security, abuse-prevention and operational purposes. See Netlify's privacy policy for details.
We load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address is disclosed to Google when a page loads. We do not use advertising networks, cross-site trackers, or analytics profiling. The third parties involved in running the Service are: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting) and Google Fonts (font delivery).
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser local storage (described in section 3), which is essential to delivering the plan you paid for.
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the rights to access, correct, erase, and object to processing. Because we hold essentially no personal data ourselves, there is normally nothing for us to act on — but if you have paid, you can ask us about the limited payment-confirmation data we hold, and you can contact Stripe about payment records they hold. To exercise any right, email us at admin@r3p5.co.uk.
We do not retain the client details you enter. Payment records are retained by Stripe in line with their policies and applicable legal and tax requirements.
The Service is intended for personal trainers and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we change how data is handled, we will update this policy and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
